Clayton and Claudia have met in Mysore India a few years ago, where they have been both traveling regularly to practice and study Ashtanga Yoga at the KPJAYI. They share a common love and commitment for the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and hold the vision that each of us can live life in balance and harmony, honoring our connection to the earth and doing yoga! During this retreat they will share with you their personal journeys and their passion for yoga, with the commitment to challenge your practice, deepen your experience of yoga, and enrich your holidays with new energy and inspiration!

Clayton Horton

Clayton has been a student of yoga for over 20 years and began teaching in 1996. He is the director of Greenpath Yoga in San Francisco, an authorized teacher of Ashtanga Yoga and a Yoga Alliance ERT at the 500 hours level. His practice is rooted in the Ashtanga tradition and Greenpath meditation. He is a direct student of Sri Pattabhi K. Jois and the Greensufi. Clayton is a founding board member of the Green Yoga Association and the Director of Teenpath Yoga for teens in San Francisco. He is a student of Sanskrit and on the Board of Directors at the Yoga Society of San Fransisco Brahmananda Ashram. Clayton teaches workshops, trainings and retreats in America, Europe and Asia. A pioneer of 'Green Yoga', Clayton's teachings are dedicated and devotional, encouraging each students to engage in intelligent and responsible living, using the yoga practice to create harmony and balance in daily life and in respect with nature.

Claudia Pradella

Claudia's affinity and interest in Eastern philosophy, reinforced by several journeys through Asia, led her to a deeper connection to the Yoga tradition. Firstly initiated in Hatha yoga according to the Bihar School tradition, she subsequently invested in several years of personal practice and various studies with teachers from all over the world, mainly in Europe and Asia. Claudia is a registered teacher with the Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 200) and continues to regularly travel abroad to study with great teachers and masters, like Sri K Pattabhi Jois, Lino Miele and TKV Desikachar. Claudia is a fully committed student in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition, with a deep passion for the psychology of the yoga of Patanjali and with a strong believe in the benefits of an individual approach to yoga. For the past 7 years she’s been living and teaching regular yoga classes, workshops and teacher trainings in the Netherlands, as well as occasional retreats abroad!
